Channa Masala

Chana Masala also spelled Chole Masala is a popular North Indian curry made with chickpeas chana cooked in a spicy, tangy tomato-onion gravy. It's richly flavored with a blend of aromatic spices including cumin, coriander, turmeric, garam masala, amchur dry mango powder, and often kasuri methi dried fenugreek leaves for added depth.
